Eligibility

Platform is intended for users over 18 with legal capacity in South Africa. International visitors agree to South African laws.

We do not knowingly serve users under 18.

User Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

All content, platform code, AI models, alerts, and branding displayed on Torivandelo belong to the company or its licensors. Use is limited to personal, lawful access as described by these terms. Unauthorised copying or resale is forbidden.

User Content

Any material posted to the platform is subject to moderation, and must not violate third-party rights or South African law.
